See Frank's latest TV production "Stefano's Cooking Paradiso" an 8 part series on the Lifestyle Food channel. Stefano explores the evolution of Italian/Australian cooking through the years, with specific focus on the Australian influence on the cuisine. Stefano’s homemade produce, such as salami, prosciutto, tomato sauce and wine, has been organic and chemical free for generations, and he brings this same passion to the food showcased on Paradiso. It was a joy to produce and work with Stefano. |
